Hailing from Columbia, SC, this Palmetto King's musical journey began at the age of three. Studying various genres of music from jazz, hip-hop, R&B, to gospel, King Amin soothing soulful sound reflects his years of developing and cultivating his eclectic mixture of music, words, wisdom, spirituality, and love leaving the soul refreshed and revived by the groove.
As a featured artist on the 2008 Word Warrior Tour, this dedicated musical innovator traveled the country and through self discipline and focus, released his first solo mixed tape album entitled, "Groundbreaking!"
Two years later in the spring of 2010, King Amin and Producer/Engineer Sean Giles joined forces combining their perspective labels (Palmetto Sol Music Group/BeYoutiful MusiQ) to form the cutting edge BeYoutiful Sols MusiQ Group.
King Amin explains about his success, "The path has not been easy, but there is no easy path to success or righteousness! I only hope to be able to feed the people that which has been, and continues to be handed down to me from the creator. I don't know why I'm a vessel, but I am happy to be and I will continue to be. Some say it's a calling. I call it an honor!"
