"CEDRINA"
Born in Philadelphia, PA, Cedrina Baugh, simply known as, "Cedrina;" creative journey in the Arts started at the tender age of 5, performing with The Houston Grand Opera’s production of “Pagliacci,” an Italian opera written and composed Ruggero Leoncavallo that recounts the life of a jealous clown in a commedia dell'arte (masked style comedy) troupe.Even from the age of 5, Cedrina didn't "clown" around with her God given talent, she and her parents took her gifting seriously, resulting in Cedrina successfully singing and performing professionally around the country!
She has performed in numerous national productions, North Carolina's Black Repertory Company's "Don’t Bother Me", "I Can’t Cope", "Black Nativity", and Tennesse Performing Arts Center's "Fame," just to name a few.
Rooted in gospel music, Cedrina's powerful melodic voice has grace the stage with several national recording artists like Grammy Award winners, Donnie McClurkin and Cece Winans and Stellar Award winner, Tye Tribett.
With a performance history of over 13 years, Cedrina is still yet a young adult enjoying life closer to her goal of the Broadway stage in New York City where she is attending Full Sail University, studying Entertainment Business.
Her education has opened the door to an externship in the entertainment management industry working with artist such as Monifah (90's Universal Recording Artist), Cheri Dennis (formally Bad Boy Records) and Toni Menage (Former singer of LisaLisa & Cult Jam)
